In accordance with the authors plan the museum exhibition complex should be harmoniously combined with the building bridge over Irtysh river. Museum exhibition complex consists from two basic architectural-spatial volumes that include: museum exhibition complex S = 217 sq.m. and observing platform with restaurant S = 514 sq.m. The project offers an accomplishment of quay and motor transport parking.
